Bayt AlMamzar & Ahlan Club welcomed guests to a sensorial supper inspired by Etel Adnan’s Sea & Fog. This was not a supper-club, but a performance & culinary ritual, where individuals were invited to experience and further translate Adnan’s text through its translations across the courses we ate, light and sound experiences that narrated each culinary intervention, and a performance embodying Adnan’s text and its manifestations in our shared moment through movement, gesture, and speech.
